What is "Talent Lifetime Value"?

Many staffing firms are focused on finding the right candidate for an open req as quickly as possible. Yet there is increasing recognition of the importance of managing the relationship with your talent throughout their lifecycle, from sourcing to screening/submit to placement, and on to redeployment or repeat placement.

The question is, how to do it effectively with a small team? Even more pressing, what happens to your relationship with talent when the recruiter who worked with them moves on from your firm? Talent Lifetime Value encompasses all stages of the candidate's lifecycle, from job seeker and beyond, and how they contribute to your firm's success.

In this breakfast, we'll have an interactive discussion filled with useful ideas about how you can implement this philosophy at your staffing firm. You'll walk away with actionable tactics you can use as you shift to a holistic understanding of talent lifecycle and TLV.

Specific Topics Include

How to power a relationship between your recruiters and your candidates, yet keep it when your recruiters leave.

How to use technology such as text, voicemail, and automated outreach to engage candidates.

How to ensure engagement is authentic, conversational, and human.

How to get referrals and reviews from your talent pool.

Types of content that create ongoing delight (pulse-checks, work birthday cards, and milestone recognition).

Network with colleagues from other staffing firms, share ideas and learnings, and enjoy a delicious breakfast!
